Best Manchester United line up in PES 2015

Pro Evolution Soccer is back. After a string of failed attempts to recapture the PS2 glory days, Konami has finally found a winning formula. It’s taken over a decade to get back in contention with EA’s Fifa behemoth, but PES 2015 ensures that, at least on quality if not on sales, it’s a two-horse race again this season.And all it took was to get back to the basics. Now that PES is back, lets talk about the players in one of the largest teams of the world, Manchester United.

#1 David De Gea (GK)

PES 2015 rating: 84

David de Gea Quintana is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for English club Manchester United and for the Spanish National Team. One of the biggest and most talented Goal Keepers in the Premier League.

In the previous season, De Gea's season began with a clean sheet in the 2–0 win over Wigan Athletic in the Community Shield at Wembley. De Gea's save to deny Sunderland’s Emanuelle Giaccherini during a 2–1 away win was described by former Manchester United goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel as one of the best saves ever seen in the Premier League.

In the current season, De Gea helped manager Louis Van Gaal secure back to back victories. He was named Manchester United's Player of the Month for October. In November of 2014, De Gea was named on a four-man shortlist for the Northwest Football Awards' Player of the Year.

#2 Phil Jones (CB)

PES rating: 81

Phil Jones is an English footballer who plays for Manchester United and the English National Team. Before joining Manchester United, Jones played for Blackburn Rovers at both youth and senior levels.

Although primarily a central defender, he has also been used as a defensive midfielder or right-back.Jones made his competitive debut for Manchester United as a second-half substitute, replacing Rio Ferdinand in the FA Community Shield clash against Manchester City. United were 2–0 behind but won 3–2 over rivals Manchester City in the 2011 Community Shield.

Jones made his league debut a week later, again as a substitute replacing Ferdinand as United beat West Bromwich Albion 2-1 on the opening weekend. He made his full Premier League debut on 22 August 2011 against the Spurs in a 3–0 victory at Old Trafford, playing the entire game alongside Jonny Evans. He is one of the best defenders in the English Premier League.

#3 Chris Smalling (CB)

PES rating: 81

Smalling is an English professional footballer who plays as a centre back for Manchester United and the England national team. In June 2008, he signed for Premier League side Fulham.

He made his professional debut with them in May 2009 in the final game of the 2009-09 season and helped them reach the 2010 Europa League the following season. In January 2010, Smalling signed a pre-contract agreement with Manchester United and joined them officially on 1 July.

He made his competitive debut in the 2010 Community Shield victory over Chelsea which earned him his first career medal. Since his debut, he has gone on to make more than 50 appearances for the club.

#4 Rafael De Silva

PES rating: 81

Rafael is a Brazillian Footballer who plays for Manchester United. He normally plays as a right-back, but can also play on the right side of midfield. Rafael made his first appearance for the club in a 2–0 friendly win over Peterborough United on 4 August. Rafael was then registered in the club's senior squad for the 2008-09 and was assigned the number 21 shirt. Rafael made his competitive debut for Manchester United on the opening day of the 2008-09 season replacing Frazier Campbell in their 1–1 home draw against Newcastle United on 17 August.

Rafael still is a part of United’s starting line-up and has won United many matches at very crucial times as well. He is one of United’s important assets as a mid- fielder and a defender. Rafael has been praised for his energetic style and has been described as an "excellent footballer" by Sir Alex Ferguson.

#5 Daley Blind(LB)

PES rating: 80

Daley Blind is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a left-back and defensive midfielder for English club Manchester United and the Dutch national team. Blind rose through the youth ranks at Ajax, becoming a regular after a loan to Groningen.

In September 2014, he transferred to Manchester United for £13.8 million. A full international since 2013, he has earned 25 caps and was a member of the Dutch squad which finished third at the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

He made his debut thirteen days later, playing the full 90 minutes as United beat QPR 4–0 at OT for their first victory of the season. His first goal for the club came on 20 October, a 20-yard strike which earned United a 2–2 draw at West Bromwich Albion.

There is a difference of opinion by the fans though, they believe that Luke Shaw could’ve made the list of the best lineup this season. Well, they’re both equally talented but PES gives a higher rating to Blind than Shaw.

#6 Marouane Fellaini (CDM)

PES rating: 82

Marouane Fellaini-Bakkioui, known as Marouane Fellaini, is a Belgian footballer who plays for English club Manchester United and the Belgium national team.

After winning the Belgian First Divison and the Ebony Shoe as a Liège player, he moved to England to join Everton. At Everton, he was the club's Young Player of the Season for 2008–09, when the club were losing finalists in the FA CupAfter five years at Everton, he transferred to Manchester United in a deal worth £27.5 million in September 2013.

In April 2014, Fellaini was named as one of the "10 worst buys of the Premier League Season" by The Daily Telegraph He made only fifteen league starts throughout the season, in contrast to thirty one starts he made in the previous season while at Everton.

In his first pre-season game of 2014–15, he came off the bench to score his first Manchester United goal in injury time to give the club a 2–1 win over Valencia in Louis Van Gaal’s first game at Old Trafford as manager.

On 20 October 2014, he scored his first competitive goal and an equalizer for Manchester United in the Premier League against WBA after just 2 minutes coming off from the bench after the half time. The match ended up in 2–2 draw.

Fellaini is still in tubulence and in the transition period supposedly. He has yet to regain his old form and we’re sure he’d come on top with a bang.

#7 Ander Herrera (RCM)

PES rating: 81

Ander Herrera Agüera is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for the English club Manchester United. Herrera made his Manchester United debut on 23 July 2014 in the first match of the club's pre-season tour of the United States, playing the full 90 minutes and making three assists in the 7–0 win over LA Galaxy.

Herrera is a new addition and has a long way to go and we wish him all the best.

#8 Juan Mata (CDM)

PES rating: 88

Juan Mata, is a Spanish footballer who plays for English club Manchester United and the Spain national team. He plays primarily as a midfielder. A graduate of Real Madrid’s Youth academy, Mata played for Real Madrid Castilla in 2006–07. Former player of Valencia and Chelsea, Mata joined Manchester United in 2014.

On 24 January 2014, Mourinho said Chelsea had accepted a transfer offer from Manchester United and he allowed Mata to travel to Manchester. Mata began the 2014-2015 season in fine form.

Mata helped Spain win the UEFA European under-19 football championship, where he was a key player. He finished the championship second to his teammate Alberto Bueno (five goals) as top goal scorer of the competition, with four in five matches.

#9 ngel Di Mara (LM)

PES rating: 87

Ángel Di María (LM) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays for English club Manchester United and the Argentina National Team. He can play as either a winger or an attacking midfielder.

Di María moved to Europe in 2007 to play for Benfica, earning a €25 million move to Real Madrid three years later. After winning the UCL with Real Madrid, he signed for Manchester United in 2014 for a British record £59.7 million.

He inherited the number 7 shirt at Manchester United, which was previously worn by club legends such as George Best, Bryan Robson, Eric Cantona, David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo.

#10 Wayne Rooney

Wayne Rooney is an English footballer who plays for and captains both Manchester United and the English national team. He has played much of his career as a forward, but he has also been used as an attacking midfielder and as a winger.

Wayne Rooney who moved to United from Everton is one of the all time legends of United now. He’s a wonderful player and has gotten United many wins and the many of the trophies in United’s Trophy Room cabinet. Wayne Rooney is the most essential player of United, it’s as though he’s the only one who carries United over his shouders for the win.

#11 Robin Van Persie

PES rating: 90

Robin Van Persie s a Dutch footballer who plays as a striker for United and is the captain of the Netherlands national team. He is recognised as one of the best strikers in the world. His playing style and ability have drawn comparison to Dutch legend Marco van Basten.

Van Persie was loved by the Arsenal fans when he announced his move to arch rivals Manchester United. As soon as this move happened, all his fans started hating him for betraying the former club Arsenal.

Although, that didn’t affect his performance in the Premier league as he helped Sir Alex Ferguson his 20th Premier League title. Van Persie is a nightmare for the defenders as he is so quck on his feet with the ball and scores goals with ease.
