The records don't matter when it comes to Rivalry Week games. These teams know each other so well, and not only are state-wide bragging rights at stake, but it helps with recruiting in-state players.

The NC State season had a ton of momentum earlier this season before QB Devin Leary's injury. The Wolfpack have played a game of musical chairs at the QB position, with four different QBs taking snaps under center.

The revolving door at the position has led to erratic play and periods of inconsistency in the second half. For North Carolina, it has been all about QB Drake Maye.

Maye has played exceptionally well and deserves a trip to New York for the Heisman Trophy ceremony.
