The penultimate day of the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games has been a great one for India.

India had a tremendous start to the 10th day of the Commonwealth Games 2018 with MC Mary Kom bagging a gold medal in Boxing in the Women's 45-48kg category defeating Kristina O'Hara of Northern Ireland in the final bout.

Gaurav Solanki followed suit and won the gold medal in his respective weight category. However, his compatriots Amit Phangal and Manish Kaushik had to settle for a silver medal each in their weight categories.

Sumit also won a gold medal for India in Wrestling in the Men's Freestyle 125 kg Nordic. Meanwhile, Sanjeev Rajput brought home another gold medal in shooting by finishing at the top of the 50m Rifle 3 Positions Men's Finals. Sanjeev Rajput also made a Commonwealth Games Record with a final result of 454.5 points. Neeraj Chopra is latest to win a gold medal for India in the men's Javelin Throw final.

Day 11 is headlined by a clash between India's Saina Nehwal and PV Sindhu in the Women's Singles final. Kidambi Srikanth will face former world no. 1 in the form of Lee Chong Wei of Malaysia in Men's Singles final. Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty are representing India in the finals of Men's Doubles Final.

In squash, Joshna Chinappa and Dipika Pallikal Karthik will face Joelle King and Lander-Murphy of New Zealand in the Gold medal match. In table tennis, Sharath Achanta will be in action in two Bronze medal matches, Singles and Mixed Doubles.

India will look to finish, what has been a great tournament so far, on a high.
