IndiaKhelo, a firm committed to promote sports at the grass-root levels and infuse a competitive spirit amongst the youth recently conducted Indian Regional League in Bangalore. It was an inter school, inter college, inter society tournament that covered less glamorous sports like Basketball & Volleyball when compared to Cricket. Over 50 teams participated over the two weekends in the league that was conducted at Jayanagar Stadium.
In order to revive the dying spirit of competitiveness in sports at the school and college levels and foster a sports culture at the level of societies where parents and kids get to share the same stage, IndiaKhelo forayed into conducting tournaments who have technology as its forte. The challenge that we have faced as a firm in this industry is more of the mindset of the people apart from the apathetic attitude of the government. We hope to bring in a positive change sooner or later.
