Arsenal became the last English club to bow out of the Champions League on Wednesday despite a 2-0 win.

Badminton

Indian shuttlers enjoyed a great day at the Swiss Open on Wednesday, with Saina Nehwal, P. Kashyap (in pic), P V Sindhu and HS Prannoy all winning their respective matches.

Tennis

Roger Federer hits a backhand return against Stanislas Wawrinka at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells on March 13, 2013. Federer battled past fellow Swiss Wawrinka 6-3, 6-7 (4/7), 7-5 to reach the quarter-finals.

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga reached the quarter-finals at Indian Wells on Wednesday with a three-set victory over Milos Raonic in a rematch of their record-breaking Olympic tussle.

Basketball
