The 2001 film "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone" was directed by Chris Columbus and starred Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson. It introduced the main characters and followed their adventures as they entered their first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Directed by Alfonso Cuarón, the 2004 film follows Harry's third year at Hogwarts, where Sirius Black, a convicted murderer, escapes from prison. With the help of new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher Remus Lupin, Harry and his friends uncover secrets and learn that Black is Harry's godfather.

From this movie onwards, the role of Albus Dumbledore was played by Michael Gambon.

The 2010 film, with the first part of the final Harry Potter book, focuses on Harry, Ron, and Hermione's quest to destroy the remaining Horcruxes and their discovery of the myth of the Deathly Hallows.

7. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1

The final film in the Harry Potter franchise, directed by David Yates, shows Harry and his friends returning to Hogwarts to defend it against Voldemort's attack after they discover his hunt for Horcruxes. The film brings the epic battle between the forces of good and evil to a thrilling conclusion.
