The 2001 film "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone" was directed by Chris Columbus and starred Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson. It introduced the main characters and followed their adventures as they entered their first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
