Torri Huske is a professional American swimmer, currently coached by Greg Meehan at Stanford University and previously by Evan Stiles at Arlington Aquatic Club (AAC). She also received coaching from Torey Ortmayer during her high school years at Yorktown High School. Born on December 7, 2002, in Arlington, Virginia, Torri has excelled in butterfly, freestyle, and individual medley events. Standing at 5 ft 8 in (173 cm), she has made significant achievements, including winning the gold medal in the 100 m butterfly and two silvers at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Torri began swimming at a young age, initially joining AAC. She made notable strides in her swimming career, becoming the former American record holder in the 50 and 100 metre butterfly. At the 2022 FINA World Swimming Championships in Budapest, she won six medals, including three golds. Huske's academics and athletics continued at Stanford University, where she started competing in 2021. Her mother, Ying, originally from Guangzhou, China, and her father, Jim Huske, have been supportive of her career.
