Episode 14 of Bad Memory Eraser aired on Saturday, September 14, on the MBN television network. The ongoing rom-com series stars Kim Jae-joong, Jin Se-yeon, Lee Jong-won, and Yang Hye-ji in the leading roles. With 16 episodes in total, the season finale of Bad Memory Eraser is set to air next week.

The previous episode of Bad Memory Eraser featured a confrontation between Goon and Shin, where both held each other responsible for the suffering endured throughout their lives.

The latest episode of the series depicted Tae-oh revealing the truth of Kyung Ju-yeon’s research to Goon. Unknown to Goon, he was actually a test subject for Ju-yeon's experiment.

Bad Memory Eraser episode 14: Lee Goon learns the truth, and Sae-yan finds her father

Episode 14 of Bad Memory Eraser started with Lee Shin, who returned home after running away for 10 days. With the support of his agency and his parents, Shin was proven innocent, and the charges of attempted murder were removed.

After the charges were dropped, Shin decided to take a break from tennis. His parents and Chief Hong tried to convince him, but he refused. Shin said he would take one year off from his game and do something he enjoyed.

Lee Goon and Ju-yeon started dating during this time. While all this was happening, Ju-yeon attempted to tell Sae-yan the truth—that she was Goon's first love, not Ju-yeon. However, she failed to disclose it.

The tension between Goon and Shin was resolved when Shin initiated the conversation and apologized to Goon. Shin also let go of his feelings for Ju-yeon after realizing that she was in love with Goon.

Furthermore, Professor Han handed over the directorship of their experiment to Tae-oh. Kyung Ju-yeon was the leader of the original experiment. The professor's move seemed planned, as he and Ju-yeon wanted to buy more time to remove the side effects of the experiment.

Tae-oh, on the other hand, seemed determined to conduct a reset experiment on Goon that could potentially bring back his negative memories. However, Ju-yeon strongly opposed this idea. Professor Han advised Ju-yeon to stay by Goon's side as they were trying to keep Tae-oh away from him.

In the next scene, Goon was seen helping Sae-yan find her father. She finally found him through old newspapers. Sae-yan rushed to Ju-yeon’s house and saw her mother standing there. Her mother had come to take Sae-yan with her to Italy by force. Ju-yeon’s mother told the daughter to leave with her mother.

On their way, a man helped her escape from her mother. When she asked about his identity, he introduced himself as her father. Sae-yan believed the man and went with him.

Ju-yeon secretly worked with her fellow doctors to eliminate side effects from the experiment. She wanted to achieve results before Tae-oh could perform his reset process. Ju-yeon finally achieved the results.

On another day, Goon was sitting at a restaurant when he received a call from Inspector Kim, who informed him about the identity of the man who blackmailed Shin. As shown in the episode, the blackmailer was the same person who introduced himself as Sae-yan’s father.

In fact, the man was a criminal who committed acts such as murder and stalking. Sae-yan was still staying with that man, unaware of his real identity.

After the inspector's call, Goon received another call from Tae-oh. He went to the hospital and met him. Tae-oh revealed everything about the experiment and informed him that he was a subject for clinical trials of Ju-yeon’s ongoing research. Initially, Goon refused to believe it, but after Professor Han tried to explain everything, he was shattered.

Tae-oh proposed that Goon undergo reset surgery to restore all his lost memories. At the end of the episode of Bad Memory Eraser, Goon underwent surgery while Ju-yeon hurried to the hospital.

The final episodes of Bad Memory Eraser are set to air on September 20 and 21, 2024. Though the show airs on the MBN network, viewers can also stream the episodes on Rakuten Viki.
