On Monday, September 16, rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested in New York City. Then, on Tuesday, September 17, the grand jury allegedly made public Combs' arrest records in an indictment that included the events leading up to it.

Furthermore, the Guardian reported in their September 17 article that the rapper is accused of racketeering and s*x trafficking in the indictment. This happened after federal agents raided the rapper’s houses in Miami and Los Angeles in March 2024 following the lawsuits against him.

Since his arrest, new information about the raid's results has surfaced as the indictment was published online. The indictment stated that about 1,000 baby oil bottles had been discovered at the rapper's residence.

Furthermore, according to the same documents, the federal agents also found three AR-15s and numerous bottles of lubricant from the rapper’s home. Other items including "controlled substances...extra linens, and lighting" were also discovered, according to the indictment.

NBC News reported that according to the indictment, which was released after Diddy’s arrest, the accused had a widespread and ongoing history of abusing women and other people, which led to allegations that he was the leader of a racketeering conspiracy.

In addition, "firearms and ammunition, including three AR-15s with defaced serial numbers" were reportedly taken by law enforcement officers. The producer and his troupe reportedly used their guns to "intimidate and threaten others, including victims and witnesses to his abuse," according to the indictment.

Furthermore, as per the same document, Diddy and his associates were involved in "Freak Offs," which were parties that involved drugs and s*x. During the March raid, the feds allegedly collected proof of these gatherings. Stating the same, the court filing said,

“In or about March 2024, during searches of Combs’ residences in Miami, Florida and Los Angeles, California, law enforcement seized various Freak Off supplies, including narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.”

The court documents characterized the days-long freak shows as "elaborate” which “produced s*x performances that Combs arranged, directed, and often electronically recorded.”

According to the indictment, Combs coerced women into these s*x sessions with male prostitutes, many of which were captured on camera as the singer engaged in self-pleasure. Moreover, according to Outkick, the indictment explained the same by saying,

"Members and associates of the Combs Enterprise... facilitated the Freak Offs by... booking hotel rooms for the Freak Offs; stocking the hotel rooms in advance with the required Freak Off supplies, including controlled substances, baby oil, lubricant, extra linens, and lighting..."

About the March raid on his LA and Miami house, the FBI also claimed that the Freak Offs might go on for days at a time and that Combs and the victims would frequently need IV fluids afterward "to recover from the physical exertion and drug use." Furthermore, his staff members organized trips, reserved hotel rooms, and stocked the room with goods to help enable these meetings.

Allegedly, the accused would reserve lodgings and furnish them with provisions. The Guardian further said that information about verbal, mental, and physical abuse that took place during these "Freak Offs" is also included in the indictment.

Additionally, according to the September 16 article by Outkick, the indictment mentioned that,

“COMBS also used the sensitive, embarrassing, and incriminating recordings that he made during Freak Offs as collateral to ensure the continued obedience and silence of the victims.”

According to the indictment, the founder of Bad Boy Records "hit, kicked, threw objects at, and dragged victims, at times, by their hair" during these "Freak Offs."

The raid happened after Diddy's longtime girlfriend Cassandra Ventura sued the rapper in November 2023. She claimed he had assaulted her for years, but Diddy settled the case quickly. Nevertheless, several others, including Dawn Richard, a former member of Danity Kane, came out with accusations against Diddy.

Following the arrest, Diddy or his representatives haven’t made any official statement.
