ScHoolboy Q seemingly threw shade at Meet the Grahams rapper Drake. As part of his Blue Lips Weekends tour, ScHoolboy Q was slated to perform in Toronto on July 18, however, the show got canceled.
The rapper blamed Drizzy for the cancellation and claimed that it was retaliation for appearing on Kendrick Lamar's Not Like Us music video. During DJ Scheme's set on Monday at the very same stage that canceled the rapper's show, the DJ put Not Like Us on full blast as concertgoers sang along to the Drake diss track with energy and enthusiasm.

ScHoolboy Q had his Toronto concert canceled
ScHoolboy Q earlier went into an uproar against Drake when his sold-out Toronto show scheduled for July 18 got canceled. The show was all set to take place at the venue, History. At the very last moment, the rapper took to X to announce its cancellation and seemingly alleged that it had something to do with him being a part of Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE). He wrote:
"THey just cancelled my sHow in TORONTO πβ¦ CANADIAN POLICE DONT WANT NOBODY FROM TDE PERFORMING.."
TDE was the record label that Kendrick Lamar was a part of from 2005 to 2022. ScHoolboy Q is still signed to TDE. In a follow-up tweet, the rapper further pointed out how OVO rappers were allowed to rap in California. He wrote:
"TOP was just wit Wayne & Baby smH partynextdoor just Had a sHow @ tHe palladium π€¦πΎββοΈ if we wanted to get yall we wouldβve just did it.. now wHen sumbody get Hurt donβt cryβ¦"
When ScHoolboy's tweet was perceived as a threat, the rapper did a double-take and claimed that he found the situation hilarious and noted how he did not know why Lamar put him in the Not Like Us music video. He followed that up by another tweet, where he stated:
"I neva said β ima kill sumbodyβ im saying if we wanted to crack it off we couldβve smH. Rap and move on playin tuff gon get sumbody Hurt itβs all good π ima soccer dad."
In yet another follow-up, ScHoolboy Q apologized to the social media users who took his tweet as a threat. However, to make matters worse, Q's Saturday, July 20 show in Chicago was also canceled. At the time of the show's cancellation, the show's opening act Devin Malik took to Instagram to reveal why the show had been canned due to not getting a flight, courtesy of the recent Microsoft crash.
