On August 19, 2024, American rapper Sexyy Red announced her brand, Northside Princess, and launched the brand's first product, a range of lip glosses called the Sexyy Gloss.
The rapper took to X to share the news, stating:
“Introducing NORTHSIDE PRINCESS the brand & my first product will b my lipgloss I’m so excited”
Showcasing the back of the lip gloss kit, Sexyy Red gave fans a peek into the names of the shades. The Sexyy Gloss comprises eight shades with names like:
"C****ie Juice," "B***yhole Brown," "Nut," "P***yhole Pink," "Yellow Discharge," "Gonorrhea," "Blue Ballz" and "S*x on My Period."

Internet users expressed their opinions on the names of the rapper's gloss range, wherein one of the fans took to X, stating that Sexyy's glosses won't be sold at the popular chain of departmental stores Macy's with such controversial names:
"This the kinda sh*t you will find in a Spencer’s store at the mall. You ain’t getting in Macy’s with those flavors 😂"
"Yellow discharge wtf I wish i have not seen this 😭😭," an internet user expressed discontent.

Sexyy Red comments on the equation with Chief Keef
Sexyy Red and Chief Keef have collaborated on multiple songs in recent years. On August 14, 2024, the rapper discussed her relationship with Chief Keef in an interview with GRM Daily. When asked about being seen frequently with Chief Keef in the past few months and what their relationship is like.
The U My Everything rapper mentioned that their equation is genuine, stating:
"That's my peoples. That's my dog. I don't got too many homeboys that I could sit on the phone with and I'm not even saying that's my homeboy ’cause I don't know what we got going on. We like each other, but we can sit on the phone. We can be around each other and like act like we been knew each other all these years... That's my ni**a."
Moreover, the Fake Jammin rapper made headlines in the interview by stating that her third baby might be with Chief Keef. Currently, Sexxy has two children: a son, Chuckie, and another child born in February 2024.
