Brescia Grand Prix 2024 is set to be another exciting track and field event before the season closes. It's the event's inaugural edition and will be graced by several Olympic champions on September 8.

Masai Russel has had one of the most memorable rookie years in track and field, winning the Olympic gold medal in a very tough field in Paris. The American clocked an impressive 12.33 to emerge triumphant in Paris and has since clocked times of 12.40, 12.56, 12.31, and 12.47. The 24-year-old is building in confidence and would hope to drop another sub 12.5s run in Brescia.
#Beatrice Chebet
Beatrice Chebet dominated the women's distance races at the Paris Olympics, winning gold medals in the 5000m and 10000m events. She is the world record holder in the 10000m and a former one in the 5000m, Chebet will line up in the 3000m at the Brescia Grand Prix to add another world record to her name.
#Jasmine Camacho-Quinn
Jasmine Qamacho-Quinn failed to defend her 100m hurdles title at the Paris Olympics, settling for a bronze in 12.36s. She has since run faster, clocking 12.35s at the Lausanne Diamond League and 12.36s at the Zurich Diamond League. Quinn will face Olympic champion Masai Russel at the Brescia Grand Prix
#Letsile Tebogo
Letsile Tebogo was always considered a threat to Noah Lyles' dominance in the 200m, and he eventually overpowered the American at the biggest possible stage, running away with the gold medal in Paris in an African record time of 19.46s. He has looked in even better form since and has been undefeated in four races. Tebogo will race in the 200m dash at the Brescia Grand Prix 2024.
