From there, the gymnast went on to dominate at the Paris Olympics, helping the USA win the team gold while claiming three individual medals herself. Post the Olympics, she embarked on her Gold Over America Tour, which concluded earlier this month.
Now, Simone Biles is making the most of her time off, and on Sunday, 25 November 2024, she was in the stands cheering for her husband at the Chicago Bears vs. Minnesota Vikings clash. Reacting to having his wife there to cheer for him, Jonathan Owens re-shared Biles' Instagram story of a sweet interaction between the two, writing,
“Always love having my baby there.”

Throughout the 2024 NFL season, Simone Biles has become a familiar face in the stands as she cheers for her husband. Most recently, the gymnast had the sweetest reaction to Jonathan Owens' on-field celebration that paid tribute to her sport.
In Sunday’s Bears vs. Vikings clash, Owens completed an impressive play when he forced a fumble and intercepted the ball from the Vikings’ Aaron Jones. As his team joined him in the end zone to celebrate, the Bears’ safety executed a gymnastics salute, throwing his hands up in the air. The camera panned to Biles, who was all smiles at her husband's display.
Prior to this, when Simone Biles' was still busy with her gymnastics season, the roles were reversed for the American and her husband. As she competed, it was Owens who would cheer from the audience, meticulously tracking scores as he showed his support. Owens was present for all of his wife’s domestic competitions.
Later, he even took some time off from a Chicago Bears’ practice camp in order to head to the Paris Olympics to cheer for Biles.
