The World Athletics Championships 2025 is set to begin in just a few hours, with fans worldwide eager to watch their favorite athletes in action. The championships will take place in Tokyo, featuring more than 2000 athletes from 200 teams, all competing for 49 gold medals and a total of 149 medals. The event gives the world’s best athletes a chance to excel in the lead-up to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
