Super 32 Challenge 2024 Final Results: Bo Bassett storms to 144 pounds title

The Super 32 Challenge has concluded, and the results have highlighted some surprising names. The fans were treated to two days of intense action, as the best high schoolers in the USA got down to business on the mat.

One of the most highly anticipated athletes of the tournament was Bo Bassett, the star of American high school wrestling. A few weeks ago, Bassett had taken down Daniel Zepeda in a thrilling match at Who's Number One, and the two youngsters put on a repeat of that show in the 144-pound finals at the Super 32 Challenge.

Bassett came into the finals having beaten Noah Nininger in the semis, while Daniel Zepeda got the better of Nikade Zinkin on his way to the summit clash. In the finals, Zepeda tried to get back for his Who's Number One loss, but it was again Bassett who emerged victorious.

Elsewhere, in the 113 pounds, Fred Bachman established himself as one to watch out for, storming to the title, and taking down Johnathon Mcginty on the way. Calen Noble was similarly impressive in his campaign in the 106 pounds event.
