For the first time in the history of America's Got Talent, each judge is now allowed to have two Golden Buzzers instead of one. The current judges, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara, and Simon Cowell, can use the Golden Buzzer twice.During the live shows, each judge will have the opportunity to use one Golden Buzzer. Along with the judges, America’s Got Talent host Terry Crews is also given one Golden Buzzer, which he can use in the show for his favorite performance.To add more excitement to the performances, whenever the Golden Buzzer is pressed, the stage background lights up, and golden confetti is sprinkled across the stage area.The next episode of America’s Got Talent season 19 episode 9, will be released on August 13, 2024, at 8 pm ET on NBC.
