Love After Lockup season 5 episode 49 released on November 29. Titled High-Risk Lies, the episode was named after Justine's high-risk pregnancy as it documented the doctor recommending an earlier delivery. The 'lies' part, though, came from Yona lying to Troy about bringing his daughter, Troii, to see him.
Troy and Zeruiah waited in a park to meet Troii because they wanted to apologize to her for making her wait at the train station. In the previous episode, while on the way to pick up Troy's mom, Karen, and Troii, Zeruiah booted Troy out of her car because he had forgotten their anniversary and was texting while she was driving.
Yona, Troii's mother didn't like the fact that Zeruiah and Troy had made her daughter wait. So she showed up at the park without her daughter and asked him to discuss their co-parenting without Zeruiah in sight. She put that as a condition for him to see Troii. Fans of Love After Lockup came to X to react to Yona not letting Troy see his daughter until he talked things through with her.

"People make mistakes but until Yona feels secure that Zeruiah actually respects the chain of command and prioritizes Troy's relationship with their daughter then Troy doesn't deserve visitation," said one fan.
"Yona is so right Troy just showing out because he scared of his so-called wife," another fan said.
"Troy is lucky Yona doesn't smack his *ss for leaving their daughter waiting at the bus station because his new wife feels insecure," a third one added.

Some fans of Love After Lockup also pointed out how bad Troii must be feeling to be stood up by her father.

When Troy and Zeruiah showed up at the park to see Troii, Yona pulled up without Troii in sight. When Troy asked why she wasn't there, Yona said he owed her a proper apology and added that she had a baby with him and not his wife(Zeruiah), so she needed to talk to him in private about their co-parenting.
In a Love After Lockup confessional, Yona said that Zeruiah left one inmate to be with another, so she didn't want to talk to Troy in her presence. Yona told Troy that he needed to talk to him to build "co-parenting stability" and that if doesn't respect her, his wife isn't going to respect her either.
Troy walked up to Yona's car in the hopes of finding Troii inside, while she said he didn't deserve to be a father.
