On the contrary, Dempsey felt overwhelmed by Statler's work schedule. She said it restricted her freedom, barring her from doing whatever she wanted whenever she wanted to. The couple got into a disagreement as Statler struggled to work from a van without proper electronic facilities, while Dempsey grappled with fulfilling her demands.

Statler spoke to the cameras while Dempsey went out to get the supplies she needed for her work setup. The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star confessed that she didn't feel supported by Dempsey. She added that she felt "used", as Dempsey didn't meet her expectations.

"We're going to all these beautiful places that I'm not getting to enjoy them or see them. So that sucks. It's just kind of all like hitting me like what did I, what am I doing?," Statler said.
