A preview clip of the upcoming episode posted on Love Island UK’s Instagram revealed escalating tensions between Islanders Shakira, Harry, Blu, and Helena. After previously addressing Harry’s behavior toward Helena, Shakira had a direct exchange with Blu about his kiss with Helena. When Blu eventually kissed her during their conversation, Shakira said,
“Blu, this place is so bad. It was a good kiss.”
The clip also showed her discussion with Harry, where she questioned his respect for her after his physical interaction with Helena.

In their Love Island UK conversation, Shakira told Harry that the girls had mentioned he was giving attention to someone else "at the same time." Harry replied,
“No I did. I touched her leg after I did the lap dance on her.”
Shakira responded to Harry by saying that what she heard from others didn't align with his claims. Harry admitted he had intended to take her aside that evening to kiss her and express that she was his "number one." However, Shakira clarified that she was no longer interested in that plan at the moment, saying,
“Obviously we've both been chatting to other people and that’s fine... but I feel like I've been quite respectful to you.”
When Harry asked if she thought he had been respectful, Shakira replied that based on what she had heard, it didn’t seem that way. She explained that the situation had caused her to "put her guard up" slightly.
Blu explains his kiss with Helena to Shakira
Shakira later spoke with Blu and asked if he had "kissed Helena." Blu confirmed that he had, and Shakira replied that she had expected it. Blu then asked if she was surprised that he didn’t kiss her instead, but Shakira clearly stated she was not, repeating her response with emphasis. Blu then said,
“I feel like you thought I was going to kiss you. I wanted to to save it for now.”
After kissing Shakira, Blu said he believed that waiting to kiss her at that moment was the better choice. Shakira reacted by calling the villa "so bad," but then acknowledged that the kiss itself was good. Blu followed up by complimenting her lips, describing them as "tasty."
Earlier in their conversation, Blu expressed to Shakira that he felt a "better connection" with her than with any of the other Islanders. He explained that, out of everyone in Love Island UK, their conversations stood out to him the most, and he was interested in getting to know her further. Shakira answered,

They sat down and further discussed the situation. Harry acknowledged that Shakira was upset with him, admitting she wasn’t "happy." When Helena asked if it was because he stroked her leg, Harry said,
“Yeah, but apparently at the same time! Which I don’t know how accurate that is. It’s okay, it’s gonna be okay. I don’t think it’s that serious.”
