YouTuber and streamer IShowSpeed was recently temporarily banned from the platform for violating the website's community guidelines after he jumped over two cars consecutively live. This is not the first time Speed pulled off such a stunt, in July 2024, the streamer jumped over his Ronaldo-themed Lamborghini. Both these moments gained significant attention online.

Following the suspension, Speed took to his alternate account on X and said he was taking this time to recharge. This led some fans to believe that the streamer would potentially start streaming on Twitch during his time banned from YouTube.

Samuel "Slipz," IShowSpeed's cameraman, responded to an X post, reinforcing these allegations. He questioned the validity of these claims:

"Source?," asked @slipperz (Slipz) on X.

The suggestion that Speed is moving to Twitch seems to come from a response Slipz made to an X user, who claimed that it is time for the streamer to move to the platform because of the YouTube ban.

Slipz then replied:

"[At this point], it wouldn't hurt."

Slipz later confirmed his stance in response to @JuiceWRLDsGUN in the original post from @SpeedUpdates1, which said Speed is considering moving to Twitch:

"Where does this claim Speed is considering a move to Twitch?"

IShowSpeed has not personally made any statements regarding these allegations as of this writing, but the streamer does have a history of bans and suspensions across different platforms.

Revisiting IShowSpeed's original ban from Twitch

Popular YouTuber and streamer IShowSpeed has faced bans on multiple platforms due to his controversial actions and violations of community guidelines. In December 2021, he was permanently banned from Twitch for making inappropriate comments during a live stream with internet personality, Ash Kash. The ban was lifted nearly two years later in October 2023.

Fast forward to August 2024, Speed is banned from live streaming and posting videos on his YouTube channel, which has over 27 million subscribers.

That said, fans are eagerly anticipating Speed's comeback, regardless of which platform it may be on.
