Following Endyia Rogers' Instagram post on Monday, WNBA standout Angel Reese gushed about her best friend and former Texas A&M player. Reese showed her close buddy love and positivity by sharing Rogers' post on Instagram stories.
Rogers posted on Instagram for the first time since Aug. 12. Her last post was about her graduation from Texas. On Monday, the former college athlete posted five photos of herself wearing an all-black outfit.
"Heard yall been lookin for me. here i am!" Rogers posted.
The Chicago Sky forward left two comments, complimenting her best friend's look.
“I think I have the prettiest best friend in the word! Wow,” Reese’s first comment read.
“She don’t even gotta do too much! Wow bestttt,” her second comment read.
Reese also commented about her friend on Instagram stories.
“I literally have the prettiest bff in the world omg, & she’ a fiancé,” Reese posted.
“Face card super lethal! Cause bby we been missing you!,” she wrote.
Rogers spent five seasons in college, with her final year at Texas. Her freshman and sophomore seasons were with the USC Trojans.
In her first year, she played 31 games and averaged 13.1 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.9 assists. She followed up with a 23-game outing the next year and averaged 14.8 points, 4.4 rebounds and 4.3 assists.
For her junior year, she transferred and joined the Oregon Ducks. In her first with the Ducks, Rogers averaged 14.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists. In her fourth year in college, she played 35 games, averaging 15.9 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.9 assists.
In her fifth year, she played for Texas after transferring a second time. Unfortunately, for Rogers, she had the lowest production of her college career, averaging 12.2 points, 3.9 points and 3.8 assists. After the 2023-24 season, she declared for the 2024 WNBA Draft but went undrafted.

In her encounter with "Empire" star Taraji P. Henson, Angel Reese was ecstatic. She filmed a video of her with the BET-winning actress, who had a heartwarming message for the young athlete.
“I am so proud of you, you keep doing what you're doing," said Henson. "You are a force to be reckoned with in so many ways, not just on the court, but in life.”
While the WNBA offseason is underway, Reese has taken the time to meet celebrities.
