Some of the big names in women's basketball like Cameron Brink, Lisa Leslie and Paige Beuckers reacted to American tennis star Coco Gauff's recent feat. The current world No. 3 made history after she won the WTA Finals at just the age of 20, becoming the youngest winner since Maria Sharapova who won at 17 in 2004.

Gauff took to her social media, posting pictures after the historic win. Several big names across the sports and entertainment industry reacted to her feat and posted encouraging messages for the 20-year-old tennis star.

Fellow American tennis player Alycia Parks commented on the post with clap and celebration face emojis. Joining her was American gymnast and two-time Olympic gold medalist Sunisa Lee.

"THAT GIRLLLL," Lee wrote in the comment.

Hollywood actress Storm Reid wrote that Gauff was her GOAT.

"MY GOAT," she wrote.

Reactions also poured from the basketball world. UConn star Paige Beuckers reacted with a star emoji in the comment section.

LA Sparks star Cameron Brink commented:

"BOOOM."

WNBA legend and two-time WNBA champion Leslie also commented on the post.

Brink showers praise on tennis legend Venus Williams

Brink has played just one season in the WNBA and she has already emerged as one of the biggest names in the league. A fan favorite in Los Angeles, Brink had her own fan moment with tennis legend Venus Williams two years ago.

The LA Sparks player spoke with People and detailed her first impression of the seven-time Grand Slam champion. Brink said that it was two years ago, in Miami that she met Williams for the first time.

Although it is quite natural to feel overwhelmed by Venus' greatness in tennis, Brink said that it was the elder Williams sister's kind attitude that was most impressed with.

In her praise for the tennis legend, Brink also told People that Venus made her feel seen and made her feel empowered.

"She really takes the time to make people feel seen, that's what she did with me, and was just such an empowering person to be around," Brink says of Williams, adding, "I've looked up to her for so long."

Brink and Williams came together in October last month to launch the "Give Her Credit" campaign. The drive was launched on the 50th anniversary of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, which would help 50 women with financial support and raise awareness in the field.
