On Saturday, A'ja Wilson's friend, Michael McManus, pointed a finger at Las Vegas Aces head coach Becky Hammon after their ugly loss to the Golden State Valkyries. The self-proclaimed Twitter antagonist was seen dropping a scathing critique of Hammon and her team after their 95-68 loss at the Chase Center. This defeat to the Valkyries saw the Aces drop down to fifth place in the standings with a 4-3 record.

Expressing his disappointment on X (formerly Twitter), McManus was seen writing a scathing review of Hammon and the Aces, and demanded a major shake-up. The controversial figure suggested various alternatives, which included trading Jewel Lloyd and replacing Ace's president, Nikki Fargas.

"I mean this as nicely as possible. Over half the Vegas rosters need to be gone. If they don't hire a GM, Nikki needs to go. Jewell needs to be traded ... Becky inherited a title team and has led them to hell," he wrote.

McManus continued to lay down on Hammon and Fargas as he reprimanded them for prioritizing motives other than the Aces.

"I'm over it. Becky seems to be preparing to bounce for the NBA. @NikkiFargas spends more time on ESPN than she does trying to help the franchise," he continued.

His tweets against Hammon and Fargas continued to pour in, as he explained how this wasn't a one-game problem but a "symptom" of something larger.

"This isn't a one-off game. This is a symptom of a larger issue @BeckyHammon@NikkiFargas@LVAces. The roster is BAD," he expressed.

McManus' scathing remarks on Hammon and Fargas stem from the Aces' slow start to the season. The Vegas team has failed to win three games in a row this season, as they continue to be a shell of their former selves.

"What about when you first met A'ja, what were your impressions then?"

Martin quickly responded to the question, as she opened up on her first meeting with A'ja.

"First time I had even seen her, she was like driving in her very nice and I remember texting my friends like Oh my god I just saw Aja driving ... She was just so nice to me," she explained.

The former Iowa Hawkeyes star spent a year with A'ja Wilson and the Aces before being selected by the Golden State Valkyries as part of the WNBA expansion draft.
