Rookie JJ Quinerly had 15 points, four rebounds and four assists on 4-for-6 in her first career start. Aziaha James finished with 15 points and five rebounds on 5-for-12, including 3-for-4 from 3-point range off the bench. Arike Ogunbowale added 14 points on 6-for-16, while Myisha Hines-Allen contributed 13 points, six rebounds and five assists on 5-for-7 off the bench.
Sonia Citron led the Mystics with 22 points and 10 rebounds on 6-for-15, including 3-for-8 from the 3-point line. Shakira Austin scored 18 points, while Sug Sutton added 12 points on 5-for-8 (2-for-5 on 3-pointers). Kiki Iriafen added eight points.
2025 No. 1 pick Paige Bueckers missed the game due to a right knee injury. The Wings (5-13) won the second game of their back-to-back. They had a 94-86 loss to the Indiana Fever on Friday at American Airlines Center in Dallas.
With the loss, Washington dropped to 8-9, and its three-game winning streak was snapped.
In the teams' previous meeting on Sunday, the Mystics had a 91-88 overtime win. Both teams won't play again until Thursday when Dallas hosts the Phoenix Mercury at College Park Center and Washington visits the Minnesota Lynx at Target Center.

Down the stretch, Austin's free throw cut the Wings' lead to six (77-71) with under a minute remaining. However, Dallas held on to the lead and won their fifth game of the season.
