Minnesota Lynx vs. New York Liberty: What to expect

The Lynx did what they were supposed to do in Game 4 of the Finals. They got the much-needed win with all five starters scoring 10 or more points and Bridget Carleton scoring double free throws in the closing seconds on Friday night.

Now they'll have to continue their productivity at both ends of the floor in a hostile environment. The Lynx knows what it takes to be champions, and so does Cheryl Reeve, who has led them to four titles already.

The Liberty may be the better team this season, but it all goes out of the window when it comes to winning a championship. It’s about who can rise to the occasion and overcome adversity.

Breanna Stewart and Sabrina Ionescu had a poor shooting night last time. However, on Sunday, they cannot afford to have the lulls they had in Game 4. They haven't lost back-to-back games all year, but it's impossible for doubt to not be a factor at this point.

If they’re going to win the title, they need to be engaged from the tip and not relent until that final buzzer sounds.
