Abandoned venues from the 1984 Winter Olympics

Have you ever wondered what goes on with the venues after the Olympics (or any tournament in that manner) are over? I recently came across an album onimgurfeaturing photos of abandoned venuesfrom the 1984 Winter Olympic which were held in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia. It should be noted thatthe city of Yugoslavia is still recovering fromthe Bosnian War which was fought after almost a decade (1995), andmaintaining these facilities while the country was waging on war could quite possible be a tough ask.The photos have been taken byReuters photographerDado Ruvic.
