IPL 2016 kicked off in style on April 9, 2016. Rising Pune Supergiants dominated Mumbai Indians on the opening day. The final will be held on May 29, 2016. Every team has a chance to enter the playoffs. With two new teams into the mix this year, the anticipation for IPL 2016 builds up even more.
Royal Challengers Bangalore will play their opening match a little later though. They will play against Sunrisers Hyderabad on April 12, 2016. This will be their home game. Bangalore will play all of their seven home games in M. Chinnaswamy stadium, Bangalore.

Bangalore have a very strong squad this year. Kohli will captain the side this year like usual. Gayle, de Villiers will be crucial to RCB’s success this year. If Gayle gets going, it is going to be RCB the whole tournament. Shane Watson will come in to the squad this year; he will provide much needed middle-order stability. Badree had a fantastic WT20 final; he would be hoping that the same form would continue. This is not it; they even have a few very talented youngsters in their squad. Keep your eyes on Sarfaraz Khan.
