De Kock and Morkel led the Proteas to an 18-run win in the third ODI

Quinton de Kock's fourth ODI century and Morne Morkel's four-wicket haul helped South Africa to take a 2-1 lead in the India-South Africa ODI series in Rajkot. In response, India fell short of the target by 18 runs despite scores of 77 by Virat Kohli, 64 by Rohit Sharma and 47 by MS Dhoni.

Here are the interesting stats from the third ODI:

84.33 - Quinton de Kock's batting average against India. De Kock has the highest batting average for any batsman against India in ODIs who have scored a minimum of 500 runs. The batsmen with the second best and third best batting averages against India are also South Africans – Gary Kirsten (62.59) and Jacques Kallis (61.40).

4 - Morne Morkel has dismissed Shikhar Dhawan for the fourth time in ODIs. This is the most Dhawan has been dismissed by any bowler. Three of the four dismissals happened in the ongoing series.
