Chelsea piled further pressure onto Manchester United manager David Moyes, dishing out a comprehensive 3-1 victory at Stamford Bridge this afternoon. A Samuel Eto’o hat trick put Chelsea in a commanding position, before Javier Hernandez snatched a late consolation for United. Moyes’s misery was compounded by a late red card for Nemanja Vidic, who was sent off for a lunge on Eden Hazard. Here’s how the players fared by Squawka Performance Score.

Petr Cech (8): Made three saves from United’s four shots on target.

Branislav Ivanovic (11): Returned from injury to make ten clearances and win three headed duels.

Gary Cahill (46): Won two headed duels, one tackle and one interception.

John Terry (24): Completed all 26 of his passes and made a colossal ten clearances.

Cesar Azpilicueta (-14): Attempted 11 tackles, but won just four of them.

Ramires (31): Put in one cross, created one chance and took one shot on goal.

Willian (39): Found a teammate with three of his five crosses and went past his man on three of the four occasions that he took on a United player.

Oscar (-16): Completed just 16 passes on a quiet afternoon upon which he missed the target with both of his shots at goal.

Eden Hazard (11): Created two chances and was fouled five times over the course of the game.

Manchester United

David de Gea (-54): Unlucky to see Eto’o prod in after a good save in the run up to Chelsea’s third goal, the Spanish keeper made three saves as well as conceding three.

Rafael (-14): Fortunate to avoid a late red card, Rafael completed one of four attempted take ons and put four crosses in.

Nemanja Vidic (-39): Sent off for a tackle on Hazard, Vidic made nine clearances and three tackles before his early bath.

Patrice Evra (-12): Quieter going forward than usual – Evra managed just one cross, although he did also take one shot on goal.

Michael Carrick (57): Tried his best to keep United’s midfield together, with eight interceptions and 65 successful passes.

Antonio Valencia (-11): Put in four crosses and completed two take ons from five attempts.

Ashley Young (-1): Didn’t attempt a single take on, and only found a man with one of his four crosses.

Danny Welbeck (27): Managed two shots on goal and was United’s most productive player with three chances created. He also completed 100% of his passes.
