Rome - Juventus midfielder Simone Pepe has claimed that his side was poised to go for their third successive Scudetto next season.
The Bianconeri has strengthened themselves with Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente arriving over the summer, and Pepe admitted that they could also pose a challenge in Europe, reports Xinhua.
“We have played some great football over the past few season,” he said. “But we want to win a third title and we also want to have our say in Europe.
“We have reinforced during the break and now we want to write our names into the history books,” he said.
