10. Victoria Beckham
Victoria Beckham, or ‘Posh Spice’ as she was known then, announced her love for Manchester United on the Old Trafford pitch before she had even met David Beckham in 1997. Posh and fellow Spice Girl Melanie Chisholm helped with the half-time tombola draw at Old Trafford during a match against Sheffield Wednesday, and whilst Mel C was lambasted by the crowd for confessing that she was a Liverpool fan, a young Victoria Adams then announced her allegiance to the mighty Red Devils. It was after this match that she met David Beckham and the rest is history. But all things considered, this pop-star-turned-fashion-icon deserves a mention in our top ten, if only for putting up with a Scouser on the hollowed turf of Old Trafford.
9. Kym Marsh
Kym Marsh, an actress in the Manchester-based soap Coronation Street and former member of Hearsay is perhaps one of Manchester United’s most proactive celebrity fans. Marsh first appeared on our screens in the reality T.V. show Popstars where she won her place amongst the five members of the band Hearsay. She then made her TV acting debut in a 2005 episode of BBC soap opera Doctors, playing a character called Ruth Parry and then joined the cast of Coronation Street as Michelle Connor in 2006. Kym, 36, who has always declared her passion for Manchester United ever since she was in the spotlight, has used her singing talents to serenade Sir Alex Ferguson at Eamon Holmes’ birthday party, and she also sung before Paul Scholes’ testimonial back in August. Wearing a Manchester United jersey increases the attractiveness of any girl. However, with (or without) her United shirt on, she eases her way into our top ten.
8. Rachel Riley
Daytime T.V queen and Countdown’s mathematical supremo Rachel Riley is a lifelong Reds fan, a season ticket holder at Old Trafford and has been attending games with her Salford-born father since about the age of 10. She recently hosted a programme on MUTV where she met Ryan Giggs and Rio Ferdinand, who showed her around the Carrington training complex. Riley, 26, who was excited to meet her sporting heroes and to be given open access to areas never before filmed for the MUTV special, was overwhelmed when she met her all-time hero Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Although she finds herself two from the top and eight from the bottom (yes, I’ve watched it), Britain’s number one Countdown goddess rightfully finds her place in our countdown of sexiest celebrity fans.
7. Sydney James

Sydney James, a personal trainer, model, and designer from London has been a Manchester United fan since she was a kid and is an all-round general football fan. James has been a T.V. presenter for over 3 years and can be regularly seen in the top U.K. and international Lad’s Mags. She was also Miss Brighton’s youngest contestant at the age of just 17. Sizzling Sydney would cruise into our top ten for just being herself. However, inserting ‘Manchester United Fan’ as her location in her Twitter bio makes her a nailed on certainty for seventh heaven in our top ten of Manchester United’s sexiest celebrity fans.
6. Jenny Bae
Jenny Bae is a Korean violinist, and is famous in Britain for recording a brand new version of the classic Manchester United song “Glory Glory Man United”, which was a hit after the Champions League semi-final first-leg against Arsenal in 2009 across Europe and Asia. The electric violinist Bae Young-ran, 30, was invited to Old Trafford as a guest celebrity at the match between Manchester United and Chelsea, where she performed during half-time. Bae is a huge United fan and admirer of fellow Korean Ji-sung Park; and even with no stings attached, Jenny Bae rightfully stands at number six on our list.
6. Louise Cliffe

British actress, singer, writer and model Louise Cliffe first became known for winning Miss Manchester in 2006. She then made her first appearance on the small screen in 2009 as a Manchester United ‘Soccerette’ on Sky Sports. Although much of her career has been in the UK, she has started to appear in US productions and she is best known for playing the role of Sophie Delaney in the horror film Wrong Turn 3: Left or Dead. Cliffe, 26, was a contestant on the 2011 series of Big Brother and in 2012, she married fellow Big Brother housemate Jay McKray. Her latest role came in the 20th Century Fox release Annihilation Earth starring alongside Luke Goss. It was impossible to miss ‘Miss Manchester’ from our list and therefore she has been awarded the number five spot.
4. Sarah Stone
Sarah Stone is a Manchester lass who has always been a huge fan of United, regularly attending as many matches as she could from as young as 5. Her passion for football lead her to work alongside the press officer at Boston United FC in the 2008-2009 football season, prior to moving back to Manchester and landing her role with MUTV. Whilst in Boston, Sarah won Miss Peterborough 2010 and competed in Miss England 2010. Stone, 26, has also presented La Liga, Serie A and Champions League matches to the Middle East and worldwide on Al Jazeera Sports. She can also be seen taking the audience’s questions on MUTV’s Live at The Red Café. Sarah Stone is the second Manchester-born Miss England contestant to feature in this list and a ‘stone’ waller to finish fourth.

Gemma Merna aka Carmel McQueen from Hollyoaks, was born in Cleethorpes but moved to Didsbury, Manchester when she was just 1 year old. On Sky Sports, Gemma Merna first revealed that she was a supporter of Manchester United when she appeared as one of Soccer A.M’s ‘Soccerettes’, sporting a Manchester United jersey. In her career as an actress, she has won Best Comedy Performance in the 2007 British Soap Awards, and in the same year’s National Television Awards, she was nominated for Best Female Soap Actress. She’s a shoo-in third place on our list.

In a recent interview, Gemma Atkinson revealed that she and her family are Manchester United fans and also revealed that she had a childhood crush on Ryan Giggs, who is still her favourite player. Atkinson, like Gemma Merna, rose to fame by starring on the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks, playing the character Lisa Hunter. The Glamour model has also appeared in theatre roles, video games and the West End production of Calendar Girls. Local girl Gemma is a regular centre-fold in magazines and has appeared in FHM, Arena, Maxim, Loaded, Zoo and Nuts. Because she hails from Bury in Greater Manchester, which is also ex-United captain and number two Gary Neville’s neck of the woods, it is only right to award Gemma Atkinson the number two spot in our list.

The world’s sexiest woman just had to support the world’s biggest football club. Foxy Fox, 26, began her acting career in 2001 with several minor television and film roles, and in 2007, she was cast as Mikaela Banes in the blockbuster film Transformers, which became her breakout role. Fox is considered to be the number one sex symbol and frequently appears in men’s magazines. She was recently photographed wearing a Manchester United top with striker Javier Hernandez on the front. Manchester United has risen to prominence and Chicharito is fast becoming the most popular sports star in Megan Fox’s native Los Angeles thanks to its massive Mexican influence; and as a result we now know, finally, that the perfect woman does exist after all.
