United SC Under-19 boys held East Bengal Club to a 1-1 draw in their final East Zone round robin match of the Under-19 I-League at the East Bengal ground on Thursday afternoon.
Fresh from their 6-1 victory over Mohammedan Sporting Club on Saturday, Abdul Sajjat put United SC in the lead midway through the first half, but Inzamul Hawk negated the advantage with a 62nd minute equaliser.
After booked their place in the Under-19 I-league championship round, United SC sprung into action rightway today when the last match hero Sandip Bhattacharya looked to threaten the opposition with a fine long ranger which beat East Bengal custodian before hitting the post on its way.
