Bodyweight squat

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, and squat down till the thighs are parallel to the ground. Stand back up, and repeat for as many reps you wish to.

Push-up

Place your hands on the ground shoulder-width apart, with the feet together and body in a straight line. Lower your chest towards the ground, and push back up, repeating for a desired number of reps.

Lunge

Step forward with one foot, and lower your body till the front thigh is parallel to the ground; step back, and repeat with the other foot. Aim to do at least 10-12 reps per leg.

Dip

Sit on the edge of a chair or bench, with your hands either side of the hips. Slide your hips off the edge, and lower your body towards the ground, and push back up.

Plank

Get into a push-up position, but instead of lowering the body towards the ground, hold it in a straight line with the forearms and toes holding the weight.

Jumping jack

Keep your feet together while the arms remain by your side. Jump up, and spread your legs apart while raising your arms above your head. Jump back to the starting position, and repeat.

Burpee

Prison burpees are similar to traditional burpees but are more popular in confined areas with limited equipment because of their ability to work as a full body exercise.

Start in a standing position, and drop down to a push-up position. Complete a push-up; jump your feet back in towards your hands; stand up, and jump up with your hands reaching overhead.
