WWE RAW Live Results (March 18, 2024): Becky Lynch faces longtime rival in Last Woman Standing match

Becky Lynch defeats Nia Jax.

Becky doesn't have much time to gloat, as Rhea Ripley makes her entrance. The show ends as they jawjack in the middle of the ring.

Nia stumbles to the table, where a waiting Becky Lynch jumps off the ladder for a leg drop!

Nia carries Becky up the stairs in front of the table. Becky fights out of a Samoan Drop attempt, driving Nia through the table with the Manhandle Slam!! That's gotta be it!!

Nia gets to her feet just before the ref hits 10!

Nia goes up a ladder, looking to flatten Becky through a table, but The Man gets up before Nia can even go for the dive. Becky is launched through a table with a Samoan Drop, though, and Nia follows with the Annihilator.

Becky falls to the ring floor at the ref's 9-count to break it.

That...is actually a smart way to win a Last Woman Standing match

On the floor, Nia rocks Becky with some steel steps to the skull. It's not enough to put Becky down for the count, however, as she avoids a leg drop on the apron. McAfee mocks it, claiming it was in a "whole lot of pain."

Nia sets up a chair on top of Becky and sits on it. To get Nia off, she pelts her with a kendo stick that was just within reach.

After a series of kendo strikes, Nia hits a leg drop on Becky who is lying on top of the chairs. This is brutal. How is Becky able to get to her feet?

Becky tries to get a table set up but is cut off by Nia Jax, who struggles and, ultimately, fails to get the table to work for her. She does, however, slam Becky into a pile of chairs with a Samoan Drop.

Becky responds with a bulldog into a standing chair, but Nia cuts her off from a dive with a chair to the gut.

Nia and Becky brawl to the floor immediately. Becky is caught on Nia's shoulders, and she's slammed into the ring post and then the barricade! Becky gets to her feet as the ref counts to five, and we move on!

Michael Cole reveals that Becky Lynch was at the White House this weekend, meeting US President Joe Biden as well as becoming a full-fledged US Citizen. Congrats, Becky!

Backstage, Cody and Pharaoh walk into Seth Rollins. The World Heavyweight Champion questions his plans for Friday but respects it. Gotta love how that hatred turned into a nice little friendship.

The former Cruiserweight Champion got some real height there!!

Pat McAfee described this perfectly. Xavier Woods got bellied.

With that, it's time for the main event! Becky Lynch vs. Nia Jax in a Last Woman Standing Match!

Tozawa plants Xavier Woods with a powerslam and follows with his insanely high-angle senton splash! The only reason the match continues is because Kofi makes the save.

Back in the ring, Woods counters a hurricanrana with a sit-out powerbomb! With that, he moves for the elbow drop!

New Day defeats Alpha Academy via pinfall.

Even though Candice LeRae refused to let Maxxine do it last week, Otis hits the Caterpillar on Kofi Kingston without any complaints.

Kofi is flattened, allowing Otis to hit the Caterpillar. Kofi Kingston does roll out of the Vader Bomb attempt, but a tag in Akira Tozawa catches him with a flying crossbody.

Woods tags in and spikes Tozawa with the tornado DDT for a near fall.

Back from the break, Otis and Kofi tag in. The former WWE Champion is getting mauled by Otis.

As Pat McAfee calls it, Otis "bellies" Xavier Woods in the early parts of the match, using his girth to gain control.

Before the next match, Michael Cole highlights the winners of a Universal Studios trip. They're the Deangelo Family. As Cole called them, "The REAL Deangelo family, not the group in NXT." Rude, Cole. Rude.

Seth and Drew are both heated and both have a lot to prove, but only Seth has two matches to worry about. Drew's done hoping he'll be at 100%. Seth says that when he had the opportunity after fans came back, he failed. He continued to fail, and he had no one to blame but himself.

At WrestleMania, he'll fail again.

Seth begins to laugh, thinking he's figured Drew McIntyre out. He's a spotlight junkie just like Seth!

Seth tells him to cut the cr*p and states that this business means everything. At Mania Night 1, he and Cody handle Roman Reigns and his "side-chick," and beats "those *****es" down. At Night 2, he'll defeat Drew.

Drew is fed up. He says he doesn't care, anymore, if Seth has to be wheeled to the ring for their match. He's getting the night that he's earned.

Seth Rollins says he doesn't like Drew. "I think you're stupid, I think you're a hypocrite. But you're right about one thing." Seth walks forward, raises his hand, and states that he is a spotlight junkey.

Drew isn't amused by Seth's jokes and says the punchline will be when Seth gets beaten at Mania. Fans try to do a "What" chant, and Drew reminds them that chant means they're happy he took out Punk.

Seth Rollins cuts Drew McIntyre's entrance short and apologizes for stepping on his toes. McIntyre tells him to enjoy the spotlight because after WrestleMania that spotlight is his.

Just before Drew McIntyre makes his entrance, we are told that CM Punk is close to making his comeback. He'll return to RAW next week in Chicago to hype WrestleMania, and hopefully take some shots at Drew.

Drew McIntyre is up next, so expect some top-tier trolling from the Scottish Warrior. What quotes from him will take over Twitter/X this week?

Truth finally tags in, delivering John Cena's moves of Doom to the team. After taking out Sanga, Truth and Miz hit a Skull Crushing Finale/Lie Detector combination on Veer.

Sanga accidentally knocks Truth out while attempting to get rid of The Miz, leading to Truth falling on an unconscious Veer.

Awesome Truth defeats Indus Sher Via pinfall.

Jinder Mahal, former WWE Champion, is enjoying the slaughter at ringside.

Indus Sher is dominating The Miz while Truth tries to get the crowd invested in The Miz. It's uh........not going well.

Awesome Truth and Indus Sher are up next, as both teams look to earn their spot in the WrestleMania XL Undisputed WWE Tag Team Title Ladder Match!
That was a mouthful...

Sami gets in Gunther's face, stating that he will be the man to take him down at WrestleMania, whether Gunther believes it or not. But does Sami actually believe it?

Gunther says Sami should listen to his new friend Chad Gable. He knows he can't beat Gunther. The fans know he can't beat Gunther. Even Sami knows he can't beat Gunther. At WrestleMania XL, he delivers a dose of reality to Sami and the rest of the WWE Universe.

Gunther attempts to make Sami Zayn feel like an inadequate challenger, but Sami reminds him, and us, that he was responsible for ending the longest tag team title reign of all time at WrestleMania last year. This year, it's about the Intercontinental Title.
