36 years old MMA artist Corey Hill [assed away earlier today in Florida

Corey Hill, a former UFC fighter died after suffering from cardiac arrest, leading to a lung collapse. The 36 years old MMA artist was admitted to a hospital in Tampa, Florida after suffering complications from a bout of pneumonia. There were rumors regarding Hill’s death that began circulating on social media on Thursday afternoon, and a TMZ report and subsequent UFC statement seemed to confirm those rumors later that day. However, Hill’s wife released a statement that Hill was "resting and still alive”.

But now the Hill’s manager, Patrick Reynolds, along with former promoter, John Prisco, both confirmed his passing in separate reports. Corey"The Real Deal" Hill faced his last bout at Fight Time 23: "Mayhem in Miami,” He was well known for his participation on TUF 5 reality show. Corey is now survived by three children and his wife Lauren Hill.

Hill went to the hospital several days ago with a severe case of bronchitis. An X-ray revealed a cyst in his lung and doctors ordered surgery. After surgery, Hill refused a ventilator and signed a waiver of liability, according to a source close to the fighter who asked to remain anonymous because he was not authorized to publicly discuss the matter. Hill then suffered a collapsed lung and a heart attack and was close to death for several days.
