10 basketball players who took up the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is an activity where the participant is challenged to dump a bucket of ice water on the head. The participant has 24 hours to complete the challenge or or forfeit by making a charitable financial donation to the ALS Foundation in the United States of America.A number of basketball stars have taken up the challenge recently, and here are the best of the videos:

#1 LeBron James

LeBron James accepted the challenge from Brandon Weems, Kevin Durant, Kevin Hart and DJ Steph Floss. He nominated LeBron Jr, Bryce Maximums and President Barack Obama.

#2 Kevin Durant

Kevin Durant accepted the challenge from Steve Nash and JR Smith. He nominated Russell Westbrook, LeBron James and Kendrick Perkins.

#3 Steve Nash

Steve Nash and Ice hockey player George Parros completed the ice bucket challenge.

#4 J. R. Smith

J.R. Smith accepted the challenge from Dimitrius Smith. He nominated Kevin Durant, Chris Paul and Carmelo Anthony.

#5 Chris Paul

Chris Paul accepted the challenge from J. R. Smith, Dez Bryant and coach Jim Caldwell of the Detroit Lions. He nominated Kevin Hart and DeAndre Jordan.

#6 DeAndre Jordan

DeAndre Jordan accepted the challenge from Chris Paul, Kate Gordon, Ryan Gomes and Dez Bryant. He nominated Blake Griffin, Ronda Rousey and Marcus Camby.

#7 Blake Griffin

Blake Griffin completed the challenge and nominated Steve Ballmer, owner of the LA Clippers.

#8 Kobe Bryant

Kobe Bryant completed the challenge and nominated USA women’s football player Sydney Leroux, Nike CEO Mark Parker and Johnny Schillereff.

#9 Russel Westbrooke

Russel Westbrooke accepted the challenge from Kevin Durant. He nominated Ray Westbrook, James Harden and Eric Maynor.

#10 Team USA

USA men’s basketball team consisting of Stephen Curry, Rudy Gay, James Harden, DeMar DeRozan, DeMarcus Cousins and Kenneth Faried completed the challenge and nominated Adam Silver, Barack Obama and Oprah Winfrey.
