From running errands to hitting the gym, Roger Federer has been keeping himself busy in a post-retirement world.

The Swiss legend, who was at the Laver Cup greeting fans and his former colleagues this week, admitted in as many words that he still has a packed schedule despite having hung up his tennis racket at this very venue 12 months ago.

Describing a retiree's life as a test on another level, Federer said he had surprised even himself at the conviction of hitting the gym four to five days a week. He went on to joke about not "looking the part".

"Yeah, it's definitely a test on a complete another level," he continued. "And then, I mean there's what's going on, I'm still in the gym actually I'm surprised I'm going to the gym."
"I always use to dread the moment of going to the gym so I do that like four or five times a week," he continued. "Believe it or not. I don't look the part maybe.I'm a little bit heavier, Unfortunately. Well, I'm working on that right now."

Federer went on to reveal that he also spends a lot of time with his four children and has become their de facto driver, organizer and logistics man.

"Yeah the days are long, but at the same time, I still feel I don't have enough time, you know? Because I packed my schedule up," Roger Federer said. "Four kids will do that to you as well. So I'm a professional driver nowadays, an organizer and a logistics man."

Roger Federer also spoke about some of his upcoming collaborations during an interview at the Laver Cup, saying he has "loads" of projects lined up with his partners.

The Swiss legend said he had found time to invest in some of the projects that he was passionate about, but declined to reveal too many details about them at this point.

"It's all good, I got loads of projects," Federer said. "There are a lot of fun things to be done and to be a part of with my partners."
"Yeah, I did passion projects as well, I'm working on stuff that I can't reveal quite yet," he continued.

Federer had bid a tearful adieu to tennis at last year's Laver Cup after struggling with a series of injuries and long recoveries for over two years.
