A'ja Wilson serves up witty 4-word response to fan shooting his shot with “let me have your baby” tweet

A'ja Wilson had a strange encounter with a fan on Wednesday when the fan sent her a bizarre tweet suggesting that she should have his baby. The Las Vegas Aces star wittily shut down the weird comment.

The fan posted the comment on X (formerly Twitter) in response to the Aces congratulating A'ja Wilson for being included in TIME Magazine's list of the top 100 most influential people in the world.

The fan's tweet read:

"Let me have your baby. I'll be the best Quincy McCall ever seen."

The second part of the tweet referenced the movie "Love & Basketball," which depicted the story of Quincy McCall and Monica Wright, neighbors in Los Angeles who both pursued basketball careers before ultimately falling in love.

A'ja Wilson responded to the fan's tweet by saying that the fan was doing too much.

“First sentence is OD sir lmaooo,” she said.

In her six-year WNBA career, A'ja Wilson has secured two championships, two MVP awards, and five All-Star selections. She has career averages of 19.9 points, 8.7 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per game.

Outside of the WNBA, she has won a college championship, an Olympic gold medal and two FIBA World Cup titles.
