TNA News: TNA may have to give up majority stake to survive

The future of her company may not be bright

Dixie Carter’s wrestling company, Total Nonstop Action’s future is in jeopardy. We have informed that they have shifted their office to a warehouse. The company was evicted from their offices at Cummins Station in Nashville as they were unable to pay the rents. With no room for the production department in that warehouse, the production office will be shifting to North Star Productions in the same city.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, earlier TNA shifted to Cummins Station as they thought it would be cost efficient for them. Unfortunately their idea didn’t work as they were forced to leave the office. Sinking below with too many rents, TNA officials are contacting with several potential investors and partners. Wrestlinginc.com reports that some investors are in play and have decided to put their money in a wrestling business, although it appears that they haven’t purchased an interest in TNA yet.

Making situations more troublesome for them, some investors are willing to pay for them only if they are given controlling interest over the company. TNA are not at all willing to give up the control but they desperately need the deal to happen just that they could survive.
