Given how actively he has been a part of the ongoing feud between his father Rey Mysterio and Samoa Joe, Dominic showing up to help his father prevail over Samoa Joe to become the new US champion seems highly likely.

This could then result in an angry Joe featuring the following night on Raw for retribution.
