Charlotte responded by taking a shot at Rusev, asking him to win a title first and then come to her.

In case you didn't know...

Last night at Money In The Bank 2019, Becky Lynch successfully defended her Raw Women's Title against Lacey Evans and managed to tap her out to the Dis-Arm-Her. Charlotte Flair immediately stormed to the ring and dared Lynch to start the SmackDown Women's Title match right there and then. Becky took the bait and ended up losing her title. It's worth noting that Charlotte recently gave an interview and had some interesting words for Becky Lynch.

The celebrations didn't last long though, as Bayley came out to a chorus of cheers and cashed in her briefcase to defeat Charlotte. This was Charlotte Flair's 9th Women's Title win.

The WWE Universe wasn't too thrilled with WWE handing out reigns to Charlotte, just to increase her reign count. WWE Superstar Rusev posted a tweet and mocked Charlotte's win by calling her the greatest Superstar in history. He asked Charlotte to teach him how she does it.

Charlotte sensed the jibe and hit back by saying that Rusev needs to win a title first. The Bulgarian Brute replied with a 'how?', to which Charlotte responded with a three-step plan, as you can see in the tweet below:

Charlotte has now won the Women's Title a record nine times. With this pace, it wouldn't be surprising to see her break her father's record in a couple of years.
