The Riocentro Pavillions will play host to the Badminton events at Rio 2016

The Badminton schedule for Rio Olympics 2016 was announced earlier on Wednesday. The matches, that will be played between the 16th and 20th of August at the Riocentro Pavillions will see the Mixed Doubles Bronze medal match kick things off, and that will be followed by the Mixed Doubles Gold medal match on the 17th of August.
Day 3 will see the culmination of the Women’s Doubles action with both the Bronze medal as well the Gold medal match staged back-to-back and will also see the Men’s Doubles Bronze medal contest.

The second last day of the competition will see the Men’s Doubles Gold medal match along with the Women’s Singles Bronze medal and the Gold medal match.
On the final day, i.e the 20th of August, the Men’s Singles Bronze medal as well as the Men’s Singles Gold medal match will be staged.
The draws for Rio 2016 will be announced on the 26th of July.
