Led by the legendary Lee Chong Wei, the Malaysians have been sensational in their own right and disposed of England in the second semi-final to book their place in the final against India. Despite facing seemingly tough opposition in England, the Malaysians were largely untroubled and mercilessly put away the opposition in a confidence-building win.

While India will be confident of their chances to pick up another gold, it will surely be an interesting watch as the top teams from the Badminton event line up against each other in the grand finale.
