RMV Gurusaidutt continued his impressive start to the 2015 Australian Open

Carrying from where he felt off in the first round, India’s RMV Gurusaidutt recorded an even more impressive win over 4th seed Kazumasa Sakai of Japan in the second round of the qualification stage of the 2015 Australian Open.
The India won as many as 10 points on the trot in the opening game as compared to his opponent’s 5 and once again converted the lone game point opportunity that he secured to take Game 1 21-15.

As was the case with his opening round clash, the India dominated the second Game once again here winning 4 consecutive points on the trot as compared to his opponent’s 1 to take the second game 21-8 and win his second successive qualification match.
Courtesy of that win, he has now progressed to the main draw of the Australian Open, that begins tommorow.
