Mary against Dolly

M.C. Marykom was in a class of her own. Her superior punching speed and ability to land quick jabs and combinations troubled Dolly Singh to no end. The West Bengal boxer struggled to keep up with Marykom’s speed and better strategy. Speaking about her Semi final victory, Marykom was her usual humble self, ” The semi-final was a very good match for me. I needed a tough match and I got it today and Dolly really gave it her best shot. I am really looking forward to the final tomorrow. It is going to be a very tough match against Pinky and I have great respect for her. I need to rest well as it is going to be my third match in as many days. I am very focused on my preparations for the final.”
