Iowa State star Audi Crooks has been fostering a friendship with her new teammate, Jada Williams. The two enjoyed a fun weekend on the golf course to unwind and prepare for the upcoming season.
Williams, a transfer guard from Arizona, uploaded a video on her Instagram story of Crooks attempting to teach her how to play golf.
"She kinda ate," Jada wrote in her story of Crooks taking a swing.
Crooks then reposted the story and wrote a four-word reaction.
"Don't sleep on itttt," she said.

Williams shared a few more photos and videos of herself and Audi Crooks spending time together at Algona Country Club in Kossuth County, Iowa.
"Audi got me out here somewhere in Iowa lol," Williams wrote in one of her Instagram stories with a picture of the golf cart they were riding in.

Another story showed the two were not alone on the course as their teammates, Arianna Jackson and Aili Tanke, also accompanied them. All four seemed to enjoy their time hitting the green before preseason training starts.
Audi Crooks and Jada Williams will try to help Iowa State improve on last season
The Cyclones are looking to improve after falling to Michigan in the first round of the NCAA Tournament last season. Although Audi Crooks had a monster sophomore season, averaging 23.4 points and 7.5 rebounds, the team still struggled, finishing 23-12.
With the transfer of Jada Williams and another year of experience under Crooks' belt, Bill Fennelly's Iowa State should be a team to keep an eye on next season.
Williams was a leading scorer at Arizona, averaging 12.7 ppg and 3.5 apg. The Crooks-Williams duo could be one of the best in the Big 12.
Besides, Iowa State added another sophomore transfer, Evangelia Paulk from Wofford, to solidify its squad. Paulk put up 12.8 ppg and 8.4 rpg for the Terriers last season and will be a great complement to Audi Crooks in the paint.
With just two players leaving the team through the transfer portal — Lily Hansford to Green Bay and Kelsey Joens to Villanova — the Cyclones kept a majority of their roster. The team also added two freshmen for the 2025 class, Reese Beaty and Freya Jensen.
