JuJu Watkins and the No. 6 USC Trojans returned to winning ways on Wednesday night, defeating the Seton Hall Pirates 84-51 in the showcase game of the Acrisure Holiday Invitational.

Watkins also showed her defensive prowess, recording three blocks and one steal.
Below are her stats from the game against the Pirates:
JuJu Watkins leads USC in scoring again in win vs. Seton Hall
Watkins scored nine of her 20 points in the first half, helping USC build a 42-26 advantage at the break. The Trojans cruised to victory after that, with Watkins scoring 11 of USC's 42 points in the second half.
Watkins has now scored at least 20 points in five of the Trojans' first six games. She reached that mark in the games against Ole Miss, Cal State Northridge, Santa Clara and Notre Dame. She leads USC in scoring this season, averaging 21.7 points per game.
JuJu Watkins' turnovers a growing concern for USC
Opposing teams have been sending multiple defenders on Watkins with regularity this season, recognizing the sophomore guard as USC's main offensive weapon.
Turnovers have become a problem for Watkins as a result. She committed eight of those in their win against Seton Hall after turning the ball over five times in USC's previous game against Notre Dame.
