#10. Moose Muhammad III, Texas A&M
Aggies wideout Moose Muhammad III is a strong, quick wideout with solid hands and great length. However, he needs to improve his run blocking this season before the 2025 NFL Draft to raise his draft stock. His numbers saw a slight dip last season compared to 2022 when he had 610 yards receiving with four touchdowns.
#9. Deion Burks, Oklahoma
Burks is transferring to Oklahoma this season after playing three seasons at Purdue. Expectations are high for Burks to emerge as one of the Sooners' top pass catchers in 2024. He finished last season with 47 receptions for over 600 yards and added seven receiving touchdowns. A good 2024 campaign with Oklahoma will boost Burks' 2025 NFL Draft stock.
#8. Dominic Lovett, Georgia
Lovett is preparing for his second season with the Bulldogs after transferring from Missouri in 2023. Lovett is a great route runner with outstanding hands but is a small receiver who has struggled with drops at times.
With Georgia's pass catchers Ladd McConkey, Brock Bowers and Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint entering the draft this year, Lovett will move up the ranks and take on a bigger role to attempt to increase his 2025 NFL Draft stock.
#7. Evan Stewart, Texas A&M
Evan Stewart is set for his third season with the Aggies after playing in only eight games last season due to injury. Stewart is a great route runner with excellent hands and a catch radius. His acceleration and speed are outstanding, but he'll need to improve his run blocking and field navigation in traffic if he hopes to be a top prospect in the 2025 NFL Draft at his position.

McMillan had an outstanding sophomore season at Arizona in 2023, with 90 receptions for 1,402 yards and 10 touchdowns. McMillan is a top prospect heading into the season and could boost his 2025 NFL Draft stock even further if he can consistently improve.
McMillan excels at contested catches with his strong hands and has a great speed-to-size ratio. He looked less dominant against zone coverage last season and needs to increase his yards after catch, but his skill set and size make him a player to keep on NFL teams' radar.

Former Clemson receiver Beaux Collins announced his transfer to Notre Dame for his senior season. He has the potential to be a first-round selection in the 2025 NFL Draft with his strength and size. At 6-3, 210 lbs., Collins has a great frame for an NFL receiver and caught 38 passes for 510 yards and three touchdowns last season with Clemson.
#4. Antwane Wells Jr., Ole Miss
Wells is transferring to Ole Miss after playing two seasons at South Carolina. He was limited to playing in three games last season due to an injury suffered early in the season. He is a physical wideout with a quick burst and run-after-catch ability.
If Wells can return in 2024 to his form from his first season with South Carolina, he will be a top prospect at receiver in the 2025 NFL Draft. In 2022, he had 68 receptions for 928 yards and six touchdowns.
#3. Isaiah Bond, Texas
Bond will transfer to Texas after two seasons at Alabama. He finished last season with 48 receptions for 668 yards and four touchdowns. Bond shined in Texas' spring game earlier this month as he looks to take the next step as the team's top receiving option.
Bond's draft stock could rely heavily on his performance, with fellow 2025 NFL Draft prospect Quinn Ewers throwing him the ball. Bond is slightly undersized for his position but fights off the line of scrimmage extremely well and has outstanding balance.

Egbuka has the size and speed that are ideal for NFL receivers. He will need to show strides in his performance going against man coverage and winning more contested catches. Overall, he has the length and speed to emerge as a top target in both college and the NFL.

Luther Burden will be one of the top wideouts to watch out for in the 2025 NFL Draft if he can replicate what he did last season. In his second season at Missouri, he finished with 86 receptions for 1,212 yards and nine touchdowns.
Burden's run blocking isn't quite at the level of an NFL-ready receiver, but he has incredible vision and is an aggressive runner with a quick burst to get to his top speed. He is slightly undersized at 5-11, but he tracks the ball extremely well in the air, allowing him to cancel out any size mismatch against the secondary.
