Brock’s sister, Brianna Bowers, followed in her mother’s footsteps in sports. Brianna is a softball athlete, playing for the Sacramento State team. As a freshman, she was selected as the Sacramento State Newcomer after seeing action in 44 games.

Brock Bowers started developing his skills as a junior at Nepa High School. He put up some impressive numbers while playing for his school team. As a result, major recruiting news sites like 247Sports and ESPN rated him as a four-star recruit. In 2021, he was named the country's third-best tight end and No. 105 football athlete.
