The Indianapolis Colts were originally established as the Baltimore Colts in Maryland in 1953. The Colts were based out of Baltimore till 1983 after which they relocated to Indianapolis amidst major controversies. Indianapolis Colts have been a successful NFL franchise and have had formidable squads over the years. The Indianapolis Colts compete in the AFC South division of the American Football Conference.
